Near-infrared dye and bioimaging
Development of ultra-stable, super-bright NIR and SWIR fluorophores (EC series, ESi series) for deep-tissue imaging, super-resolution microscopy, and multiplexed in vivo imaging.
Redox fluorescent probes and biosensing
Ratiometric and activatable probes for reactive oxygen/nitrogen species, Lipid peroxidation detection, early ferroptosis.
Gas donors and redox modulation
Controlled release of gasotransmitters via light or reactive oxygen/nitrogen species for synergistic therapy.
